Full Planning Service
We’re with you from the very beginning of the planning process through the event. Guided by your vision, we help select vendors and refine plans and details, start-to-finish, ending with a perfect event for you and your guests.

Your lead planner and team work to ensure your entire day runs smoothly. Our coordinators are with you through hair and makeup, getting dressed, and photography. We handle pre-ceremony transportation coordination and are with you as you arrive at the venue and through the duration of the event. We carefully pack up your personal items after the event. On-site, our coordinators work closely with your vendors to ensure set-up and installs are executed to your specifications and we handle place cards, menu cards, and stationery and signage placement. Our lead planning team comes prepared with an emergency kit, the expertise to make adjustments when needed, and a can-do attitude to tackle any last-minute hiccups.
Partial Planning
We guide you through the last phase of planning, making sure everything is ready for a stress-free and enjoyable event for you and your guests.

Specialty Services
Decor Setup and Removal
Managing décor before and after the event is time-consuming and often an afterthought. We’ll help you make a plan to remove, dispose or donate all décor, and then we’ll take care of it all at the end of the night.
Welcome Bags
Let us prepare, coordinate, and deliver your welcome bags, which we will deliver to your designated hotels.
Bridal Suite Concierge
Your own personal assistant will meet you on-site and stay with you all day, dealing with issues in any capacity you need, from retrieving your lipstick and flip-flops to hand-packing your personal items at the end of the night.
