Your lead planner and team work to ensure your entire day runs smoothly. Our coordinators are with you through hair and makeup, getting dressed, and photography. We handle pre-ceremony transportation coordination and are with you as you arrive at the venue and through the duration of the event. We carefully pack up your personal items after the event. On-site, our coordinators work closely with your vendors to ensure set-up and installs are executed to your specifications and we handle place cards, menu cards, and stationery and signage placement. Our lead planning team comes prepared with an emergency kit, the expertise to make adjustments when needed, and a can-do attitude to tackle any last-minute hiccups.
